Bonjour was created by a team of French and Thai bakers. The goal was simple: give Thai consumers a taste of quality, fresh bakery products at prices they could afford.

After extensive taste-testing and development, Bonjour opened in a few selected locations across Bangkok, focusing on busy shopping spots frequented by middle-class Thai consumers. Because we bake on location, our products became an immediate hit. We attribute this success to "a celebration of the senses"; a combination of great smell, original designs and the taste of our products.
